UCT Agency is our official partner for maritime operations in Turkey. It holds the travel agency licence, signs charter contracts and issues invoices. It also holds the usage rights for our website in Turkey.

What the TÜRSAB licence means

TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. In Turkey, a company must hold a travel agency licence under Law No. 1618 to sell travel services legally. Licensed agencies are registered with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and are members of TÜRSAB.

For you, this means:

A legal contract. Your charter is booked through a registered agency, with a written Charter Agreement.
Official invoices. Every payment is recorded and invoiced.
Accountability. Licensed agencies must follow Turkish tourism law and TÜRSAB rules.
