A luxury superyacht charter aboard this 47-metre CMB Yachts motor yacht, listed by Aquinox Yachting as OS4712, is a different proposition from anything else in the Turkish fleet. She is the most capable vessel Aquinox Yachting represents in Turkish waters. Malta-flagged, based at Göcek, and equipped to cross oceans rather than hop bays: 51,000 litres of fuel give her a range of over 4,600 nautical miles, which is the Atlantic with reserve.
Freivokh is the designer behind Maltese Falcon, and his hand shows here in the way the superstructure is set back and the sheer left unbroken. The hull and superstructure are GRP rather than steel, which is unusual at this length and keeps her displacement down without costing volume.
Twin MTUs give a ten-knot cruise and sixteen flat out, with zero-speed stabilisers that work under way and at anchor. On a luxury superyacht charter in the Aegean the stabilisers matter more than the top speed: they are what let her lie in an open bay overnight without anyone noticing the swell.
Five cabins sleep ten: a full-beam master, two doubles and two twins, all en suite. Tara Bernard’s interior is restrained rather than decorative — pale linens, walnut joinery, commissioned artwork, and stone bathrooms with twin basins. Nothing shouts, which is the point at this level.
The master runs the full beam with its own lobby, a seating area and a bathroom that would not embarrass a good hotel. The guest cabins are close to identical in size, each with a writing desk, which is a detail that matters when a luxury superyacht charter is being used for work as well as holiday.
The two twins take proper single berths and convert, which gives the boat a workable family configuration as well as a couples one. Crew of up to ten berth entirely separately with their own access and mess, so service on a luxury superyacht charter arrives without anyone ever crossing the guest areas.
The main saloon is a single long room in cream and walnut with a dining table at the forward end and a lounge group aft, glazed on both sides. Above it, the sky lounge is the informal room — deep sofas, a cinema screen and doors onto the upper aft deck.
She also carries something almost no charter yacht of this size bothers with: a proper study, panelled in walnut with a library wall, a desk and a reading chair. It is the room that tells you who she was built for, and it is genuinely useful on a longer booking.
A gym sits below with proper equipment rather than a token treadmill, and there is a jacuzzi on deck. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite communications run throughout the vessel.
She carries three tenders — a Williams jet tender, a Novurania and a Pirelli — which is the single clearest signal of how she is operated. Most yachts her size run one. Three means guests going ashore, guests waterskiing and crew provisioning can all happen at once without anyone waiting.
The toy list runs to two Sea-Doo jet skis, three SeaBobs, an electric jetboard, an e-foil, wakeboards, water skis, paddleboards, a canoe, towable tubes, fishing equipment and scuba gear. Three SeaBobs rather than one is again the pattern: enough for a group to use simultaneously.
Scuba equipment carried aboard is worth noting. Most Turkish charters send guests to a local dive operator; a luxury superyacht charter on this vessel can dive from the yacht itself, subject to certification and local rules, which changes what a day at anchor can be.
Göcek is her Turkish base and the natural starting point — the Gulf of Fethiye and the Twelve Islands open straight off the marina. Ölüdeniz, Kalkan and Kekova lie east; Ekincik, the Dalyan delta and Marmaris west. Dalaman airport is thirty minutes from the berth.
Her range takes her well beyond that. She works the wider Mediterranean — Greece, the Dodecanese, the Ionian, the Adriatic, and the western Med — and repositioning between them is a matter of scheduling rather than feasibility. Aquinox Yachting will quote her in either basin.
At ten guests and up to ten crew she carries a chef rather than a cook, and menus are built around the group before boarding rather than from a rotation. Provisioning is done to a brief — dietary requirements, preferred wines, children’s meals — and the galley is equipped to deliver it at any hour.
Ashore, the crew book the boat-in-only kitchens of the Gulf of Fethiye and the tables in Göcek that hold for regulars. A luxury superyacht charter buys access as much as accommodation, and at this level the crew’s local relationships are a real part of what is being chartered.

Sources are consistent on her, with one small variation: the TYBA registry records her crew as ten while the international listings say up to ten and quote nine as typical. Her operational capacity is twelve berths against ten charter guests, which is normal for a vessel of this class.
Rates run €180,000 per week in low season and €225,000 in high season, plus expenses, in both the eastern and western Mediterranean. The rate covers the yacht, the crew, insurance and standard equipment. Fuel, provisioning, harbour dues, communications and gratuities are additional and handled through an advance provisioning allowance, normally 30 per cent.
She is booked by the week and, at this level, well in advance — the Turkish and Greek summer commits a year out.
Up to ten crew look after ten guests — captain, chief officer, engineer, chef, chief stewardess, stewardesses and deckhands. Her master, Captain Onur Ergun, runs her across the Mediterranean rather than on one coast. Service is to MYBA standard and the boat is managed as a professional operation, not a family business.
